Tim Tam Balls

I keep these just for Christmas and LOVE them. They are one of my favourite Christmas treats. They are seriously irresistible!

Think Tim Tams, cream cheese, baileys, cranberries and pistachios, all blended into little balls and covered in Chocolate! Are you drooling 🙂

Thermomix makes making these super quick, tidy and easy. Make these Tim Tam Balls in advance. Store them in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Tim Tam Balls

The perfect little Christmas package, wrapped in white chocolate! Simply irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 20 grams shelled pistachios optional
  • 20 grams cranberries optional
  • 2 packets white, or milk chocolate Tim Tams standard pack – 20 biscuits
  • 220 grams cream cheese room temp
  • 60 grams Baileys Irish Cream
  • pinch salt
  • 400 grams white chocolate
  • 60 grams milk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Place nuts and cranberries in Thermomix Bowl and chop using the Turbo function – two short one second blasts should chop them nice and small. Scrape into a little bowl and set aside.
  • Add Tim Tams into Thermomix Bowl and crush 7 secs/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  • Add soft cream cheese, Baileys, nuts, cranberries and salt and mix 5 secs/speed 4.
  • Shape 1 tbsp of the mix (approx. 20g) into small balls. Place balls in freezer to chill.
  • Clean Thermomix bowl, dry thoroughly.
  • Add white chocolate to Thermomix Bowl and grate 10 secs/speed 9. Then melt 4 mins/50℃/speed 2.
  • Coat cold balls in the white chocolate. Return to freezer.
  • Clean Thermomix Bowl.
  • Add milk chocolate and grate 5 secs/speed 9. Melt 2 mins/50℃/speed 2. Use to drizzle onto the chilled white chocolate Tim Tam Balls.
  • Keep balls in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
