One bite and you will be hooked. These are so darn moreish you cannot stop at one! They're crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, and they've got a strong garlic flavour that's super yummy.
Add water, yeast and sugar into Thermomix bowl and warm 2 mins/37°/speed 1.
Add flour, garlic salt, olive oil and salt and knead Dough function for 2 mins.
Tip dough out onto a Thermomix® Baking Mat or lightly floured board and gently shape into a ball. Loosely wrap in the Thermomix® Baking Mat or place into an oiled bowl, cover the bowl with a tea towel or plastic wrap. Leave until almost doubled in size (about 30 mins)
Punch dough down and shape into a flattened log approx. 28cm. Using the Stainless Steel Dough Cutter cut into 2cm strips. Roll each strip into approx. 24cm lengths and tie into loose knots, popping the two tails underneath. Place onto a lined baking tray. Cover and let proof for approx 30 mins.

Add garlic cloves to Thermomix bowl and chop 5 secs/speed 7. Scrap down sides of bowl.
Add butter, Italian seasoning and salt and warm 2 mins/60°/speed 1.

Brush rolls generously with Garlic Herb Butter, keeping some of the butter for later.
Cook for 20 - 25 mins at 200° (fan) until brown and golden.
Remove from oven and brush on reserved herb and garlic butter mix. Sprinkle on finely grated parmesan and finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
